Who we are
Key & Reel makes listing videos for estate agents. Contact us about your data at [email protected].
What we collect
Your work email, your agency name and the number of live listings you have. If you send us a listing for a sample, we also hold its photos and details.
Why we use it
To arrange your free sample video and to tell you when Key & Reel launches. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in replying to your request.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after launch, or sooner if you ask us to delete it. Sample photos are deleted 30 days after we deliver the video.
Where it is stored
On servers in the UK and the European Union.
Cookies
The site sets one strictly necessary cookie that protects the form against forged submissions. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
