Every figure is checked before anything renders
The storyboard lists each claim next to the listing field it came from. A price, a room count or an EPC rating with no source is blocked.
Wording your market does not allow is caught too, such as a price shown without its qualifier or phrases that discriminate in lettings adverts.
An agent approves the final storyboard, and the approval is logged with a name and a time.

What is Key & Reel?
Key & Reel is a listing video tool for estate agents in the UK and Poland. It turns a listing's photos and details into branded videos in English and Polish, sized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and portal listings.
Are the videos made by AI?
The videos are motion graphics on your own photos. AI plans the storyboard and writes the captions, which you edit and approve. No rooms, furniture or views are generated, so the video shows the property as photographed.
How do you make sure the figures are right?
Every number and claim in the storyboard is matched to a field in your listing data. Anything without a source is blocked before rendering, and an agent approves the final version.
Can I add the video to my Rightmove listing?
Each video has a hosted page with its own link, plus MP4 files to download. You can add the link wherever your CRM or portal accepts a video or virtual tour URL.
Do you copy listings from Rightmove or Zoopla?
No. We only use the photos and details you upload or send us. Feeds from CRMs such as Reapit and Alto are planned after launch.
Who is the Polish version for?
Polish-speaking buyers and tenants in your area, and the Polish-language groups where they look for homes. Captions and voiceover are written in Polish, with Polish number formats and grammar.
How long does a video take?
We aim to have the storyboard ready within three minutes of upload, and every format rendered within five minutes of your approval.
Where is my data stored?
In the UK and EU. Location data is stripped from photos, exact addresses stay off the video unless you choose to show them, and every agency gets a data processing agreement.
How much does it cost?
Planned prices are £29 a month for 8 listings and £79 a month for 30 listings, excluding VAT. A free trial covers two listings.
